In times of economic downturns, there are three sections of the economy every investor should seriously contemplate; real estate, education and entertainment.

As an active real estate investor, I am of the opinion that there is no better use of money, with the caveat that you know what you are doing.  As unemployment rates soar, the strategy of getting a better education in order to get a better job helps all education companies across the board, both private and public.  And, it's easy to look back now about the lavishness of the films of the 30's and 40's despite severe economic conditions.  Today is no different.

We have a deep respect for your money.  The value we put on our money is immense as we see it reflects time and energy spent away from friends and family.  Your dollar will not be treated with wonton abandonment.  All investors receive the most accurate forecast of expenses and expected revenues that the best information can provide.  We are not in the business of making unsuccessful films.

Are you a film lover?

This is an important question you should ask yourself.  As stated before, if you are simply interested in a safe, secure investment with guaranteed results, you should consider putting your money in real estate.  We only work with investors who know that while the risk is greater in the film industry, the return is higher.  Only investors with a strong interest and passion in film are willing to endure this additional risk.
